Yes — all hardware repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within this period due to a defect in our work or the parts used, we’ll fix it at no charge. Software repairs carry a 30-day warranty.

The warranty does not cover physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, water), misuse, or damage caused by attempting repairs elsewhere. The warranty is void if the device is opened by an unauthorised party after our repair.

We take data privacy seriously. We do not access your personal data. However, we always recommend taking a backup before any repair as a precaution, especially for software repairs.

Yes! We offer doorstep pickup and delivery within Gurugram. Book via WhatsApp or call, and we’ll arrange a convenient time to collect your device and return it after repair.

Pickup is free within 5 km of our shop in Sector 14, Gurugram. A small delivery fee of ₹50–₹100 may apply for distances beyond 5 km. Contact us to confirm your area.
